Prerequisites

There are no "required" prerequisites to take this course, but there are some things you can do to get the absolute most out of it.

Although this course is intended for those who are brand new to Microsoft 365 and for those who have non-technical backgrounds, there are some prerequisites that you can meet to get the most out of this course.

Since you will be learning about Microsoft 365 features and services, it would be helpful to you if you have access to a Microsoft 365 subscription. Although this isn't "necessary", having access to a subscription will allow you to follow along with some of the demos and to explore concepts we discuss.

If you don't have access to a Microsoft 365 subscription, that's okay too. Just follow along and take notes.
